Game Day Cocktail: Eagle-tini
Ingredients
- One 6-ounce can pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup blue curacao
- 1/4 cup vodka
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
- Mint leaves for garnish
Steps
- Fill 2 martini glasses with ice water and a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
- Pour the pineapple juice, blue curacao, vodka, and lime juice into the shaker and shake.
- Discard the ice water from the martini glasses. Strain the cocktail into the martini glasses. Garnish with mint.
