Khloé Kardashian is taking some time to reflect on her failed relationships.
The reality star – who has famously dated celebs like Lamar Odom, French Montana and Tristan Thompson – shared a since-deleted quote via her Instagram Story on Saturday, offering her fans some cryptic love advice.
“Advice of the day: You can’t make someone love you by giving them more of what they don’t already appreciate,” the quote read.
Although Kardashian, 38, didn’t offer any more clues as to what prompted the post, she shared two additional quotes.
“Things have a miraculous way of working out. Trust that,” a second slide read, while the third quote she posted stated, “Really proud of the way I been [sic] bouncing back from things sent to destroy me.”
Kardashian previously dated Thompson, 31, on and off for several years. The two were first romantically linked in 2016.
They welcomed their first child together, daughter True, in April 2018, followed by the birth of their son via surrogate earlier this year.
Kardashian’s complicated relationship with Thompson has been making headlines for years. Just days before True was born, news broke that the NBA star had cheated on the pregnant reality star — and it wasn’t the last time he’d prove himself unfaithful.
After Kardashian forgave Thompson, he was seen getting cozy with Kylie Jenner’s former BFF Jordyn Woods at a party, and he later fathered a child with a woman named Maralee Nichols while he and Kardashian were still an item.
The NBA player initially denied being the father of Nichols’ son and even appeared to threaten her over child support. However, DNA testing proved that he was the father of baby Theo, who was born on Dec. 1, 2021.
Just one month before Nichols’ lawsuit, Kardashian found out her and Thompson’s surrogate was pregnant with their second child, a baby boy.
“Ever since December, it’s been this dark cloud looming over me,” the Good American co-founder said during a Season 2 episode of “The Kardashians,” in which she shared the story of her son’s birth.
“Every single day, I’ve been feeling depressed and sad, and now that my son is here, I get to move on, and I get to enjoy,” she added.
“It’s almost like I get to close that chapter and be done with this trauma and put it behind me. Now I finally get to start the healing process. Now I get to start enjoying my life with two kids in it and figuring this out.”
Thompson and Kardashian’s relationship has since ended for good, but the former couple continue to co-parent their children.
