Marilee Fiebig shared a cryptic post about how to help children when they’re “worried” as her soon-to-be ex-husband T.J. Holmes’ alleged affair scandal continues to make headlines.
The lawyer, who works as the chief diversity officer of Save the Children, reposted an image from the organization’s Instagram, which read, “What to do when… a child is worried.”
The message, which she posed on her Instagram Story, was accompanied by a drawing of a child looking distressed.
“Children may not share all their concerns because they do not want to upset you,” the infographic read.
Subsequent slides gave various tips on how to talk to them, including “take the time to listen to them,” and “reassure your child that feelings and thoughts make sense.”
Fiebig — who shares 10-year-old daughter Sabine with Holmes — added, “Great post @savethechildren,” and a red heart emoji.
She is also on the board of trustees for the Brooklyn Independent Middle School and mentors young women through Unlock Her Potential, according to her Instagram account.
Earlier this month, Fiebig broke her silence on her and Holmes’ divorce in light of his scandalous affair with his “GMA3” co-anchor Amy Robach.
“During the holiday season and in light of the challenging times, Marilee’s sole focus has remained on the overall best interest of her daughter,” her divorce attorney, Stephanie Lehman, told the Daily Mail in a statement.
The lawyer shared that she’s working with Holmes’ divorce attorney to “move [Fiebig and Holmes’] divorce forward privately, expeditiously and as amicably as possible.”
“Notwithstanding, we continue to be disappointed by T.J.’s lack of discretion, respect and sensitivity toward Marilee and the party’s daughter,” she added.
The publication posted the statement a week after Holmes, 45, filed to end their 13-year marriage.
Daily Mail was the first to publish photos revealing Robach and Holmes’ alleged romance in November 2022.
The co-workers, who began anchoring “GMA3” together in 2020, were photographed heading upstate for what appeared to be a romantic weekend getaway two weeks before Thanksgiving.
Robach, 49, is also in the midst of divorcing her husband, Andrew Shue, 55. One month after the scandal broke, Page Six exclusively revealed the TV host had filed for divorce and the split was “almost finalized.”
Both Robach and Holmes were taken off the air in December as headlines about their relationship swirled. Their jobs remain up in the air as ABC continues its investigation into the anchors’ romance.
Multiple sources previously told Page Six the couple is “very likely out” at the network, especially since Holmes has been accused of multiple affairs, including allegedly with a 24-year-old staffer in 2015.
