Olivia Wilde has added new ink to her body.
The actress-turned-director, 38, got an intricate constellation tattooed on her left inner forearm, “completing the balance” of the one on her right inner forearm.
Wilde’s tattoo artist, Dr. Brian Woo — who specializes in slim-needle tattoos — shared photos of his work on the Hollywood star to his Instagram account on Wednesday, saying he “add[ed] to the story for Olivia ✨🌘💫” and that it was done “awhile [sic] back.”
The detailed artwork depicts the Libra constellation, which is her 6-year-old daughter Daisy’s zodiac sign. It’s surrounded by stars, crescents, delicate lines and a tiny hummingbird.
“Running out of arms,” Wilde quipped via her Instagram Story alongside Woo’s post.

On her right inner forearm, Wilde has the Taurus constellation, which is her 8-year-old son Otis’ zodiac sign.
“Heatwave activities include… ✨🌙✨,” she captioned a picture of the then-new ink in July 2018. “For my little o.”
The “Don’t Worry Darling” creator — who split from the movie’s star, Harry Styles, in November 2022 — also has the words “all love, A” tattooed to her inner left wrist in honor of her late Uncle Alexander Cockburn.
“He was a dear dear friend,” she previously explained. “The tattoo is the last phrase he wrote to me. All love, A. It reminds me to love everyone, just as he did.”
Tuesday marked Wilde’s first solo Valentine’s Day in over a decade, as she left longtime partner Jason Sudeikis for Styles, 29, in November 2020.
During the pair’s nine-year relationship, most of which they spent engaged, the filmmaker and the “Saturday Night Live” alum, 47, welcomed their two children.

Wilde commemorated the Feb. 14 holiday by sharing a quote by author John Steinbeck about the “several kinds of love.”
“One is a selfish, mean, grasping, egotistical thing which uses love for self-importance. This is the ugly and crippling kind,” the excerpt reads, noting that this kind of love “can make you sick and small and weak.”
“The other is an outpouring of everything good in you — of kindness and consideration and respect — not only the social respect of manners but the greater respect which is recognition of another person as unique and valuable,” the message goes on, saying that this kind of love “can release in you strength, and courage and goodness and even wisdom you didn’t know you had.”
