For a cool $28,000 a month, you can live like the “King of Staten Island” in Brooklyn Heights.
Pete Davidson’s four-bedroom penthouse in Brooklyn Heights was originally listed by Compass real estate for $30,000 a month but dropped in price last week amid his blooming relationship with Chase Sui Wonders.
The sprawling 4,500-square-foot unit houses three and a half bathrooms as well as a new Snaidero-designed kitchen including a Sub-Zero fridge and Miele appliances, according to the listing.
The home has a glossy open living space with a separate dining area, a full in-unit laundry room and a master bedroom with its own bathroom that includes a Porcelanosa soaking tub, a stand-up shower and double vanities.
Each of the four bedrooms is fitted with custom closets, and other amenities in the low-rise building include a private garage and keyed elevator entrance into the apartment.
But the biggest selling point to the luxurious and very discrete abode may be the private 1,500-square-foot landscaped rooftop garden, where one can take in the city views.
Realtors for Davidson’s former pad are looking for a tenant to rent his place on a 12-month lease.
The “Meet Cute” actor, 29, had been leasing the space after moving from his native Staten Island in February 2022.
The comedian could be looking for an upgrade as his relationship with Wonders, 26, heats up.
Earlier this month, a source told Page Six exclusively that Davidson and his “Bodies Bodies Bodies” co-star were “getting serious.”
“They’ve been friends a long time and this romance grew out of friendship,” our source shared.
The duo met in 2021 on the set of their dark comedy, but things were platonic at first. That all seemed to change in December 2022 when they sparked dating rumors after spending lots of quality time together.
Davidson’s rep initially told TMZ that they were just friends, but the stars have since confirmed their romance by showing PDA several times.
The “Saturday Night Live” alum has quite the dating history and has been linked to a slew of A-list beauties.
He was engaged to Ariana Grande in 2018, but they broke up after just five months together. He later dated Kim Kardashian for nine months until things ended in November 2022.
He also had flings with Kate Beckinsale, Kaia Gerber, Margaret Qualley and Phoebe Dynevor and briefly saw Emily Ratajkowski before hitting it off with Wonders.
Meanwhile, Wonders previously dated “Riverdale” actor Charles Melton.
