Olivia Flowers paid tribute to her brother, Conner, on what would have been his 33rd birthday following his tragic and sudden death last month.
“I’ve been avoiding the post and anything else that makes losing you our new reality…but I want to wish you a Happy Heavenly Birthday Conner. Mom, Dad, and I love you and are here on earth missing you. #33,” the “Southern Charm” star, 30, captioned a photo of Conner with their mother on Thursday.
Flowers went on to thank everyone for their support, saying the love has been “so helpful during this time.”
“To be surrounded by those who knew and loved Conner all week was a gift in itself,” she concluded the post. “We are so grateful for all your messages – please know they haven’t gone unseen.”
Last week, the Flowers family paid tribute to their late son, who died in his home in Charleston, S.C. on Jan. 30.
“Conner was a remarkable young man, with the gift of compassion and love for others, earning him friends everywhere he went,” they told Page Six in a statement.
“His values were seeded in his faith and in his family. We know his absence will be felt by many for years to come.”
Following his death, the family requested donations to Pet Helpers and LymeDisease.Org instead of the usual flowers and gifts at the real estate agent’s funeral, which took place on Feb. 5.
The cause of death has yet to be revealed.
