Roxy asked, “CARNIES! I have a possibly scary question that might out me as either ignorant or confused.
**What do you define a CAMPAIGN as?**”

Phil gave our favorite answer:

“I use the word campaign like Gretchen Weiners uses the word fetch. Everything I do is a campaign. Boosted social post? Boom, campaign. One-off apology email because I didn’t know what the “pref.” field was and accidentally made all of our French customers into priests? That’s a campaign. Telling people I have to leave a meeting for another meeting that doesn’t exist just so I can eat lunch? Campaign.”

Bethany asked, “OK, friends, what is your preferred marketing automation platform?”
