Ariana Madix discovered Tom Sandoval was cheating on her after she found a sexually explicit video sent by Raquel Leviss on his phone, Page Six can confirm.
Moments after Madix had watched her beau’s band, Tom Sandoval & The Most Extras, perform Wednesday night, she learned of their “months-long” affair when a selfie video popped up on his phone, People reported on Friday.
Per the outlet, the “Vanderpump Rules” star then scrolled through the text thread where she read their history of inappropriate messages. Immediately after, she and Sandoval left the venue.
A source previously told us that Madix was left “heartbroken” over the affair as she had “no idea there were any issues.”
“Ariana was blindsided by the cheating,” the source told us, adding that they had been “affectionate in public recently.”
In fact, Sandoval had gushed about his relationship with Madix just moments before she found the texts, telling Page Six, “We definitely have our ups and downs for sure but I think we’ve been really good about respecting each other.”
Sandoval even added that he and Madix have both had “each other’s backs in a reasonable way … within reason,” noting, “I think it’s just worked, ya know?”
Meanwhile, Madix also feels “betrayed” by Leviss after the former “was there for her” when she called off her engagement to fellow co-star James Kennedy.
The 37-year-old has since kicked Sandoval out of their Los Angeles home as he was photographed packing his suitcases into a friend’s car and driving off.
On Friday, Bravo fans were shocked when news broke that one of the show’s strongest couples had called it quits over Leviss, 28.
An insider then told us that Leviss and Sandoval, 39, had been “communicating inappropriately for months,” even before the former beauty queen had shared a smooch with his best friend, Tom Schwartz, in August 2022.
Their affair allegedly “began last summer” with Leviss sleeping “over Tom and Ariana’s house when Ariana’s been out of town.”

Following the end of their relationship, fellow “VPR” co-stars have taken to social media to express their support for Madix.
Lala Kent and Leviss’ ex-fianceé, James Kennedy, called for fans to boycott Sandoval’s show tonight while Sandoval’s ex, Kristen Doute, declared herself “Team Ariana.”
“karma is indeed coming, so raquel should just move home,” Doute added.
Even Jax Taylor, who was known as the villain of the show, slammed his nemesis Sandoval, saying, “I’ve called a lot of things on that show that people never believed… everything I say always ends being true.. #pumprules.”
Neither Sandoval nor Leviss has addressed their affair. Maxid has since deleted all of her social media.
