Sam Asghari gave a peek into his peaceful Christmas with wife Britney Spears.
“A little hike & a little meditation on Christmas Day goes a long way 🧘🏽♂️🧘♀️,” he captioned a photo and video of the married couple meditating on a mountaintop.
The fitness instructor, 28, added, “my wife is really becoming a meditation guru and I love it 😍 Merry Britmas to you all 💪🏽 from Samta & Britney 🎅🏽”
The couple looked smitten as they shared a kiss.
Asghari and Spears, 41, kept things casual, with the actor wearing a tank top and shorts as the pop singer wore pants and a sweater for the outing.

On Christmas Eve, the “Toxic” singer gave her fans a different kind a sneak peek with a nude video from the shower in Mexico, almost flashing the goods to her 41 million Instagram followers.
It’s unclear how the pair, who tied the knot in June 2022, spent the rest of the holiday, but Spears has been at odds with her family since her 13-year conservatorship — in which her father, Jamie Spears, controlled all of her financial and personal matters — was terminated in November 2021.
The “…Baby One More Time” singer has been vocal about her ongoing family drama since claiming in court the conservatorship was “abusive” and said her family should be in jail for what they did to her.
In November, Britney took to social media to celebrate the fact that she could take cash out at the ATM for the first time ever.
Addressing her father, she wrote, “I’m an equal person now … and I’m so HAPPY !!! Anyways I just wanted to give you a beautiful SPECIAL HAPPY f–k you 🤷🏼♀️ !!!.”
She has also claimed that under the conservatorship she was not allowed to drink coffee. Last week, Britney used social media to speak to her mother Lynne Spears, writing, “After no coffee for 15 years … Mom we can go have coffee together now !!! I’m treated as an equal … let’s have coffee and talk about it !!!”
Britney has also had a tumultuous relationship with her sons Preston, 17, and Jayden, 16, over the last few months, with both refusing to attend her nuptials.
“The boys have decided they are not seeing her right now,” Britney’s ex, Kevin Federline, said of his sons in an August interview, also addressing the singer’s frequent nude Instagram photos.
“I try to explain to them, ‘Look, maybe that’s just another way she tries to express herself.’ But that doesn’t take away from the fact of what it does to them. It’s tough. I can’t imagine how it feels to be a teenager having to go to high school.”

And while Asghari has even said he would prefer his wife to not post nude photos, Britney posted at the time the interview was “hurtful.”
“As we all know, raising teenage boys is never easy for anyone,” she wrote. “I gave them everything.”
