Tess Holliday slams Gwyneth Paltrow’s bone broth diet

Tess Holliday has joined the chorus of celebrities slamming Gwyneth Paltrow’s scarce diet consisting of bone broth and vegetables.

The plus-size model, who has been open about battling anorexia, rushed to TikTok Wednesday to hit out at the Oscar winner’s eating habits and intermittent fasting routine.

“I’m not judging because I have an eating disorder,” she told her 691,000 followers on the platform.

“[But] bone broth is not a suitable meal. And then to end your day with just eating vegetables? But yet people continue to give her airtime, to give her a platform, to take her ‘advice,’ because everyone is too afraid to be fat,” Holliday continued.

The body positivity guru, 37, recalled attending a “big fancy Hollywood event” years ago, during which she sat near Paltrow.

“It was a seated dinner, and we had a set course, a set meal,” she shared. “And [Paltrow] loudly had to let everyone know, in this very tiny room — with Natalie Portman, Catherine O’Hara, you name it, they were there — that her and her table, which was a handful of her close friends, as she said, that they were going to have something different: pizza.

“But not just any pizza,” Holliday explained, adding that it was a “cauliflower crust pizza with no cheese.”

“And I’m not shading anyone who likes cauliflower pizza, go on, do your thing, but everyone just laughed like it was no big deal.”

Holliday assured viewers that she is “not here to judge what people put in their bodies” because she gets “mocked all the time because I’m fat.

“But this s–t isn’t normal, and it’s affecting a whole other generation of young folks who think that eating like ‘GP’ is appropriate, is OK.

“It is OK to feed your body,” she went on, adding that “carbs are not the devil.”

“Fat isn’t bad, and I mean fat in your food and on your body… it’s not bad. But hey, anything for a dollar, anything for the cost of people’s mental health,” she concluded.

Paltrow, 50, revealed on the “Art of Being Well” podcast Monday that she practices intermittent fasting until around noon — when she finally eats something “that won’t spike [her] blood sugar,” like soup or bone broth.

She then gets in “one hour of movement” from pilates or walking before starting her post-workout routine.

After dry brushing in her infrared sauna for 30 minutes, the Goop founder has a paleo dinner with “lots of vegetables” to “support [her] detox.”

Former “The View” co-host Meghan McCain has also blasted what she called Paltrow’s “starvation” diet, writing in a Daily Mail column Friday that the movie star looks “bad, tired [and] haggard” as a result of her eating habits.
