Service Engagement Terms

4.1 Scope and applicability

These terms govern the consulting, marketing, strategic planning and related professional service expressly identified in an accepted scope. They do not apply indiscriminately to merchandise, downloadable albums or unrelated digital goods. The scope states the contracting LLC, deliverables, included revision allowance, customer inputs/access, milestones, fees, payment schedule, work-start authorization, term and any renewal/cancellation process. Additional work or third-party expenditure requires customer approval before a new charge is committed. No unlimited revisions are implied.

One-time by default. Every service is a single purchase of its described scope or service period unless an explicit optional renewal is offered and the customer affirmatively selects it. A monthly service name does not create a subscription. There is no default monthly or 90-day renewal. A fixed engagement ends without a cancellation request or further charge. Optional continuity can be discussed in a quote; an inquiry is not recurring-payment authorization.

4.2 Initial 90-day designated engagements

Where the accepted engagement expressly adopts the initial 90-day model, payment covering that initial period is due before the engagement begins. This period supports business analysis, assessment, goals, strategic direction, planning, execution mapping and agreed initial implementation. The scope must state the total amount, covered period and deliverables; these terms do not multiply a monthly listing price or impose a new fee without agreement.

The initial period is a prepaid commitment, not an automatic promise of a full refund whenever notice is submitted. Nor does it make every unused amount automatically forfeited regardless of law or actual performance. Any cancellation settlement must account for the accepted commitment, work performed, deliverables supplied, approved committed costs and applicable remedies, without double charging or an unapproved additional penalty.

4.3 Thirty-day written notice for ongoing services

Only for an expressly agreed ongoing service whose accepted scope incorporates this notice requirement, give written cancellation notice at least 30 days before the intended cancellation date, subject to the accepted agreement. This notice requirement does not extend a one-time purchase, create a renewal, or require notice to stop an engagement that ends automatically. Send it to info@yessirpromotions.com with the engagement reference. We will acknowledge receipt and confirm the effective date and remaining obligations; an acknowledgment is not a new penalty or a requirement that defeats valid notice already received.

Notice may be given during the initial 90-day period, but does not by itself terminate that commitment early with a full refund. The scope must explain the earliest ordinary end date and whether service continues after the initial period. Renewal periods and any recurring payment authorization must be separately disclosed and accepted. If no renewal has been agreed, these terms do not create one. Already approved work and nonrecoverable commitments will be reconciled under the scope, with legal remedies preserved.

4.4 Ten-calendar-day acceptance and change requests

For applicable monthly or one-time service transactions, submit scope questions, work-start authorization changes, scheduling/rescheduling, included revision requests or cancellation/refund requests within 10 calendar days after purchase. This is a request process, not an unconditional cancellation or refund guarantee. The accepted scope may set delivery-specific review/revision milestones; a deliverable supplied after day 10 must still have its agreed review opportunity. Silence alone does not approve a material scope change, authorize a new charge, waive defects, or remove statutory rights.

Before work begins, we will review whether the work can be stopped or rescheduled and identify any customer-approved nonrecoverable cost. After analysis/planning begins, the settlement accounts for work actually performed and approved commitments. After deliverables are substantially completed, cancellation does not make completed work free, while agreed correction/revision obligations and lawful remedies remain. Third-party costs are chargeable only as disclosed and approved; they are not a blanket excuse to retain all prepaid funds. Requests after day 10 may be considered under the scope, ongoing 30-day notice rule or legal rights, rather than being automatically rejected for every purpose.

4.5 Work-start authorization

No universal payment-alone work-start trigger is imposed. For each engagement, written acceptance of the scope, required payment, essential intake/access/materials and the agreed kickoff or written authorization must be resolved before substantive work begins. The confirmation records which event starts that specific engagement. These terms do not retroactively authorize work already performed.

4.6 Revisions, delays and changes

Included deliverables and revisions are those in the purchased scope. Material changes, extra revisions and added deliverables require an additional quote and customer approval before the work is charged. Customer delays in providing required information or approvals may change the schedule; we will communicate the impact rather than invent a penalty. Scheduling changes depend on availability and actual committed work/costs. No unverified turnaround or business-results guarantee is made.

4.7 Prepaid work, refunds and credits

At cancellation, we will provide a practical reconciliation of accepted obligations, work performed, delivered materials and approved nonrecoverable costs, accounting for payments already received and avoiding double recovery. Any eligible unearned amount, refund or credit is handled under the agreement and applicable law. Proration may apply to eligible recurring digital services where justified; it is not automatic for a completed project, delivered file or every prepaid engagement. We do not impose a new cancellation penalty through these terms.

4.8 Contact and nonwaivable rights

Send service requests to info@yessirpromotions.com; include your engagement reference and proposed change/date. Phone: (480) 331-2125.
